Troop Kelby the Pupil Transportation supervisor for he state of New Hampshire has a message for all drivers.
Remember that what you do is important.
Your track record in the transportation of pupils to and from school and school
related activities this past year resulted in fewer crashes, fewer injuries, NO
FATALITIES and safer school buses. Take pride in that!
remind your drivers that they must remove snow from the roofs of their school
buses. Warnings will not be issued for this very serious safety
violation. I have noticed an increase in the last few weeks in reports of
cell phone use and most recently a complaint from a Trooper for tailgating and
speed on the Spaulding Turnpike. Let your drivers know, Troopers and
civilians are watching what they do. If you should have any
questions in regards to the inspection procedures email or call. Thank
you all and be careful out there!
